What we Provide

Private Training (1 on 1) - Our private training includes full bio-mechanical movement analysis, specific Plyometric coaching with sport specific movement pattern. These private training sessions will maximize the level of performance during your training to get you to your full potential addressing your individual athletic needs. 

 

Semi-Private Group Training (2-6 max) - Our semi-private training sessions is kept to an athlete/trainer ratio 6:1 maximum. This will allow us to properly pin-point multiple athletes specific needs. Segmenting the group of athletes by age and ability of specific sport needs. A fully individualized program design and analysis will be given like our private training. 

 

Team Training - Our team performance training academy is designed to addresses team tendencies and weaknesses to allow our trainer the best opportunity to fulfill improvements to all athletes. We implement a detailed schedule to meet the team and individual goals. These sessions may consist of fundamental components such as explosiveness, power, and strength, agility, flexibility, speed, form and balance.
